My sister-in-law and her husband saw roaches crawl out of the vegetable tray at the Subway at Southern Pride Truck Stop. She has since been in contact with a health inspector. The person confirmed that the department had found roaches at that Subway and the one on Paducah's south side. They said that while recently inspecting the south side store, insects came quickly creeping out from the inside of the microwave.
Just thought I would share this as it has now been confirmed.
